The A-Team 1983-1987 Created by Stephen
J. Cannell
Opening line:
In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a
military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men
promptly escaped a maximum security stockade to the Los
Angeles underground.
Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as
soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem,
if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe
you can hire...the A-Team.

The Equalizer 1985-1989 Created by Michael Sloan and
Richard Lindheim
Edward Woodward stars as McCall is a ex-senior operative
for an espionage agency known as
"The Company." Robert voluntarily retired in
1985 from an occupation that usually doesnt let its
employees leave...alive. He now hires himself out as a
urban vigilante and advertises in the local
newspaper with an ad that reads "Got a problem? Odds
against you? Call the Equalizer 212-555-4200." |

MacGyver 1985-1992 Created by Lee David
Zlotoff Give this guy a swiss army knife, and some
duct tape, and he can do just about anything. Angus

the ultimate boy scout. He was very resourceful into
using what he had around him to get out of a bad
situation.

Stingray 1985-1987 Created by Stephen J.
Cannell This had to be my favorite show of all time.
Nick Mancusso played "Ray", a mysterious
stranger who drives a black '65 Stingray with untraceable
plates, on the occasion they were ran through the DMV,
they'd always show up as either belonging to the White
House, or the govenor of whatever state he was in at the
time. Not very hi-tech by todays standards, but in the
mid 80's, he had some pretty cool stuff. His clients
would contact him through an ad in the local paper that
read " '65 black Stingray for Barter Only. Call
555-7687." He never accepted payment for helping
people, only that someday, he would come to them, and ask
a favor, and they must do it, no questions asked.

Knight Rider 1982-1986 Created by Glen
A. Larson ....A Shadowy flight into the dangerous world
of a man who does not exist...... Michael Knight, a young
loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent,
the helpless, the powerless, in the world of criminals
who operate above the law.
A good show, although in my opinion, the car s
interior was a little too much. Very cool to have a
talking computerized car, but the inside looked more like
the Enterprise. David Hasselholf played a cop who was
left for dead, and brought back to help right the wrongs
of the world.

Viper 1993-1999 created by Danny Bilson
and Pat DeMeo At a time when crime was on the rise and
violence was becoming commonplace, drug-runners and crime
syndicates ruled the streets. The Police could no longer
protect the city, and the government needed a new
approach... Enter the Viper Project: a high-tech car
capable of morphing into a fully-loaded, power-armored
machine known as Defender. Metro City's last hope against
crime.

Profit 1996 Created by John McNamara and
David greenwalt Jim Profit was a very unique character
to say the least. This show only ran a total of 8
episodes.
Jim Profit was born James Stokowski. His father wasn't
particularly happy about having a child, so Mr. Stokowski
just stuck young Jimmy in a moving box, with a window to
the TV, and occasionally threw food in to his offspring.
Not surprisingly, 13 years after Jimmy's birth, he tied
his father to a bed and burned down the house.
Vice President of Acquisitions at Gracen & Gracen.
May be a psychopath.
Jim's career started recently, with the death of Wayne
Grisham, former President of Acquisitions at G&G. Jim
was hired on as a VP of acquisitions. Jim's sole
intention in life is to become President of Acquisitions,
presumably so that he can control G&G from behind the
scenes. Jim will go to any length to achieve this goal --
including murder, framing people for crimes, blackmail,
etc.
Most of Jim's planning is done in a secret room of his
apartment. The only access to it is through a bookshelf.
In this room is his computer and his sleeping quarters: a
G&G box that he lived in all of his childhood.

Cameron

perfect soldier...
a human weapon...then she escaped.
